Data, digital and comms fluency: He grounded his career at Havas Media and then Havas Helia - getting fluency in comms planning, customer experience, data and digital on Orange Mobile, Jaguar and government behaviour change campaigns.

Innovation and creativity: Trained in this by a founder of innovation consultancy What If, Rob excels at making creative collaborative, involving and engaging for teams who may not consider themselves innovative.
